Key Concepts ↗️
Parcel Attributes
PARCELNUMBERRAW
- The parcel number that comes directly from the Assessor documents
PARCELNUMBERALTERNATE
- The property may have been previously divided, combined, or is located across multiple jurisdictional boundaries, leading to a need for an additional identifier to accurately track the property for tax purposes, even if it's currently considered a single parcel; essentially, the alternate number could represent a historical or alternative way to identify the property depending on the situation.
PARCELNUMBERPREVIOUS
- If parcel was split or merged, then this field gives some history of which parcel was mentioned before
PARCELNUMBERFORMATTED
- Legacy attribute that is no longer in use or supported
PARCELSHELLRECORD
- These parcel's usually usually have AttomID's with "999999999" and it means that ATTOM couldn't match the record to a parcel/property. Usually this is seen on new construction type properties where the assessor's office hasn't received all the information about the property yet. There won't be much information on these records until they are assessed.
