ATTOM Recorder dataset - Buyer/Seller Info
According to the description, ATTOM'S Recorder data should contain information on the buyer and seller for a given transaction. While there are several fields that classify the grantee & grantor, and provide an address for each, I don't see any that contains the name of each party.
Difference between visitor_counts and visit_counts
They definitions in the Advan Weekly Patterns methodology write up for both these variables seems remarkably close, but there are different values. What is the real difference in meaning between the 2 variables. Which one is considered more accurate?

ATTOM Recorder Filtering
I am trying to filter the ATTOM Recorder data by the RECORDINGDATE. If I set the From to 1998-01-01 and To to 1998-12-31 and then select Generate Preview, "Loading Customized Data Preview" is shown and the wheel spins for a while. After some time an unfiltered version of the data shows up in the preview (100% of data selected). This makes it impossible to actually download a feasible subset with less than 5% selected. Can you help me figure this one out?

Potential oddities with POI representation in Advan monthly patterns data
When analyzing POI duration patterns across years in our processed data, we observe a striking difference between 2023 and all other years. In 2023, approximately 21% of POIs appear for only 1 month of the year, 4% appear for 6 months, 0.5% for 9 months, and 58% for the full 12 months, creating what appears to be a realistic distribution of business persistence patterns.
