When I try to download data (tried this with a few datasets), I'm not able to save any dataset, or get an API key, because next to all my projects, a "(you do not have permission)" banner shows.

In PDL, there are tables for both Subsidiary and Direct Subsidiary. I cannot find in the documentation the difference between them.

I’m trying to download the ATTOM Recorder dataset while reducing the row count to 5%. When I downloaded the data through Dewey last year, there was a County filter in addition to the State filter. It now appears that the County filter has been replaced by “PROPERTYADDRESSCITY.” Previously, once a state was selected, the interface displayed a complete list of counties within that state, which made it straightforward to filter the data. With the new city filter, however, I can no longer see a corresponding list of cities after selecting a state. Instead, “PROPERTYADDRESSCITY” contains 20,261 options across all states, so it is difficult to determine which cities belong to a given state or whether certain areas are missing.

For example, Los Angeles County alone contains 88 incorporated cities, and manually entering all of them would be quite time consuming. In addition, this would still exclude unincorporated communities such as East Los Angeles that would be part of Los Angeles County. The granularity of the PROPERTYADDRESSCITY filter, combined with the lack of a complete list of cities within a selected state, makes me concerned that I may unintentionally miss certain cities when downloading the data.

We are exploring using ATTOM Tax Assessor data in research evaluating built environment characteristics and climate change. We are interested in the heating and cooling variables in the Tax Assessor dataset. The coverage of these variables varies widely by geography. The values in the variables are not clear.

The information on the WARN database says that it is available from 1996 and there are 168K entries, but when I download the data there is only data available from 2004 and there are in total 7101 entries. Could you indicate me how can I download the full dataset?

Hi - When I try to use "get data" when I am notified that my subscription covers a database, I am lead to create a new project name and then immediately cannot select that project name to download / link the data. It is grayed out and says data restricted to Admin.

Hello, I'm wondering how I can access and get the data. The "Get Data" button is greyed out, and I can only click "Get Sample". Thank you.
