The Verisk data module "Consumer Profiles" (as far as I can tell) does not contain any time-related variables whatsoever.

I am unable to find any documentation explaining what the values of variables in Verisk property data mean? For example what does a value "10" for PROP_IND variable say - is it a residential or commercial property? Any help would be appreciated

Verisk Auto Ownership refresh delays
The Verisk Auto Ownership page (https://app.deweydata.io/data/verisk/Total-Consumer-Insights/total-consumer-insights-auto-ownership) documents the data's refresh schedule as "Monthly on the 4th", but it currently (as of Jan 30, 2026) shows the last refresh as "Refreshed on Dec 22, 2025".
