Why some data will download as corrupted files or stuck while downloading?

When I download the Veraset dataset, some parquet files will show their size as 5kb and I cannot access to this file by R/Python. I use python in my MacOS terminal. When downloading Veraset dataset, some parquet files will also be stuck. For example, its downloading process will be stopped at a size (e.g. 90% or 80%). Is it my internet problem? My base is Hong Kong. Whatever I use VPN or not, this problem usually appears and it make my efficiency lag behind. Thanks!

Advan data

Dear Dewey Team,
I would like to obtain visitation counts for a set of custom geographies. Is this possible with the Advan mobility data available through Dewey, or are visitation metrics only available for the predefined POIs provided by Advan?

Processing Dataset

I have a pull from Advan Patterns Plus that processed overnight but still wasn't ready, so, based on past threads here, I deleted the request and tried a new one, but this has also been processing for 30 minutes and isn't ready. Do you know why this is? Past pulls have taken only a few minutes, which is what the guidelines say. Thanks!
