We are working with the ATTOM School Boundaries tables and have a question about one of the variables. It says in the data description that OPENENROLL (open enrollment) variable is set to either Yes/No but only if there is a partial or full school boundary overlap. But when we look at the data there are several cases where there is no partial or full school boundary overlap, and OPENENROLL is set to “Y”.

According to the description, ATTOM'S Recorder data should contain information on the buyer and seller for a given transaction. While there are several fields that classify the grantee & grantor, and provide an address for each, I don't see any that contains the name of each party.

In Attom Recorder dataset

Hi, I am taking a look at recorder and it appears most of the doctypes are in 4 categories, deed of trust, warranty deed, grant deed, and quit claim deed. I was hoping for mortgage releases or mortgage reconveyance but these aren't doctypes in the recorder data dictionary. Does this version of recorder not include mortgage terminations? Have you tried getting the mortgage history dataset from ATTOM? Thanks.

I was interested in the property use and zoning data in the Attom Tax Assessor dataset but could not find a codebook for some of the variables. For instance, the "PROPERTYUSESTANDARDIZED" column consists of numeric codes, but I do not know what these codes correspond to. Do you know if such a codebook is available? Thanks!
