We are users of the Dewey data platform. We are trying to download Property Data by Verisk, but after selecting the required columns and clicking on the 'Generate Preview,' it says the system is encountering an error (screenshots are attached). We have been facing this problem for the last two days. Can you please solve this problem?

Hi I think I should have access to data through an institutional subscription (UGA) but whenever I try to download something I get a message that my current plan doesn't have access to this data set.

Hi, I've recently signed up for Dewey as an individual user. I've purchased the license and went through onboarding, however in my first attempt to download a dataset (Builtly), I am getting hit with the message "Your current plan does not have access to this data set." I've tried with a few other datasets and seem to be getting the same message. Not sure what the issue is, please advise.

Hi, I hit the daily limit for data downloads yesterday, but today the data download interface is telling me that I'm still at the daily limit (without having downloaded any new datasets today). How do I make sure that Dewey Data has refreshed so I can download data anew on a new day?
