Hello,

Working with Renthub's data, I noticed that the number of observations from 2017-2019 is much smaller than other time periods. Is there a known reason for this? Is there any documentation on Renthub's coverage over time or geography?

Especially as it pertains to neighborhood income level? I am hoping to do some research on affordable housing and wanted to see if there is some quick documentation on how reliable it is in lower-income neighborhoods. Thank you!
