Dataset: Renthub New Jersey Rental Listings (2018-2020)

Issue

We've identified a critical data drop in November-December 2018:

• October 2018: 78,106 listings (420 ZIP codes)
• November 2018: 41,912 listings (134 ZIP codes) - 46% drop
• December 2018: 11,797 listings (132 ZIP codes) - 85% drop from October
• January 2019: 24,964 listings - immediate recovery

Evidence of Data Collection Issue

• December 2018 only covers 16 days (Dec 3-18) instead of full month
• Geographic coverage drops from 420 to 132 ZIP codes
• 85% decline followed by immediate recovery is unrealistic for rental markets

Request

Could you investigate what happened during the November-December 2018 data collection period? Is there complete data available for these months from backup systems?

This affects our time series analysis and we need to exclude these months unless complete data can be recovered.
