Hello, Can I confirm my understanding that the consumer profile data in verisk is a cross-section of individuals and households in the latest version of the data? Is the older version available? I understand that the PIDs in the consumer profile data and address history data in verisk are different. I am wondering whether I can merge these two data sets by the most recent address of individuals. Thank you very much!

Hi there, I would like to download the Consumer Profiles data for the State of Illinois. I don't see an option to customize the data as in many other products. How should I do this? Thanks!

For each vehicle in this dataset, there is a variable "INFERREDDATE" which is described as "Inferred Purchase Date Code". According to the data dictionary, the code is something like "A - 0-6 months, B - 7-12 months, etc.". So it is a relative date (how long ago it was purchased, maybe?). Does anyone know how to figure out a reference date? Like how many months ago it was purchased relative to the date the consumer was surveyed? I cannot find a survey date or any other date in this data or the corresponding Consumer Profiles data. To perform my analysis, I need to know at least in which calendar year a vehicle was purchased. Thanks for any advice!

I am working with the Verisk property data that Dewey provides. Is there a way to access historical snapshots of the data? As I understand it, the dataset is updated monthly to include new transactions, during which the modelled columns (eg estimated property value) are changed using the information from that months' new transactions. As a result, the dataset you can download via Dewey's API only has the most recent sales price for each property (as previous transactions for that property are overwritten) and older transactions and property value estimates are unavailable. I am interested in having access to both the complete transaction history for properties included in the dataset and the property value estimates over time. Is there a way to access the data in this way?

I am trying to work with the Consumer address history database.
I have some questions regarding the dataset's representativeness. What does ODDATE represent? Should the EFFDATE of an individual's last recorded address match the ODDATE? Does this mean the individual continues living at the address with the most recent EFFDATE?

Any idea when the Verisk Property and Consumer Insights datasets will have representative coverage for 2023 and 2024? Im interested in Miami-Dade County, FL but the coverage is weak after the end of 2022.
