Hi there,

I am currently encountering an issue with the "CENSUSTRACT" codes in the Verisk Property Dataset. After grouping properties together by tract, some tracts had very high property counts while others had one or fewer total properties listed per tract. Upon further investigation and some geocoding, it appears that many properties are assigned an incorrect "CENSUSTRACT" code. For example, ~8000 properties in Arizona with tract code 204.0 actually belong to neighboring tracts. Curious to know if this is indeed an issue and what a workaround might be.
