How are age and state filtering defined in Consumer Profiles and Address History?

Hello,

I am joining Consumer Address History with Consumer Profiles and had a few clarifying questions:

Age reference year: What year is the age variable in Consumer Profiles measured as of? For example, if I want to know a consumer’s age in 2022, how should I calculate this from the reported age in the profiles?
State filtering: In Consumer Address History, how does the filtering by state work? If I filter only CA when I download the data, does this include a) all consumers who ever have an address in CA during the period, or b) only consumers whose first observed address is in CA?
For some reason, I am observing double the number of address changes in 2019 as in 2022. Was there an expansion or change in the Verisk data coverage during those years, or is there another known data reason for this? Otherwise I will assume it may be an artifact of my code.
