Restoring variables to Verisk Consumer Profiles

I see, in an earlier thread (https://docs.deweydata.io/discuss/689e1cbf0c5cea4aa250688e), that some variables were removed from the Dewey version of Verisk data. Is it possible to get a variable restored for a specific use case, or would a researcher need to work with Verisk separately? I'm supporting someone who wants to use ETHNICITYCD.
