No access to data

Hi, I've recently signed up for Dewey as an individual user. I've purchased the license and went through onboarding, however in my first attempt to download a dataset (Builtly), I am getting hit with the message "Your current plan does not have access to this data set." I've tried with a few other datasets and seem to be getting the same message. Not sure what the issue is, please advise.
