According to the description, ATTOM'S Recorder data should contain information on the buyer and seller for a given transaction. While there are several fields that classify the grantee & grantor, and provide an address for each, I don't see any that contains the name of each party.

Is there any way to identify buyers and sellers by name, specifically when the transaction is occurring between corporations/LLCs etc (not individuals)?
