Hello,

I'm looking at residential properties using ATTOM's Assessor History data. There are observations that have a 0 for variables like AREALOTSF or AREABUILDING. However, these same observations have a non-zero number of rooms. In the case of AREALOTSF, there are observations that have non-zero AREABUILDING. This leads me to believe the square footage variables are incorrect in some scenarios. Is it possible 0 means a missing value, or maybe it's something else? Thank you!
