[ATTOM] Possible Data Quality Issue in year 2015?

Hi,

I just noticed that the number of observations for assessor year 2015 is significantly smaller than in the other years in the tax assessor history data.

For example:

Assessor year 2014 has about 130k observations
Assessor year 2016 has about 140k observations
But assessor year 2015 has only about 30k observations

Could you check whether there might be an error or missing data for 2015?
