ATTOM Owner / Transaction Names and Addresses

Hey,

What is the policy around name and mailing address variables in ATTOM for owners (assessed datasets) and grantors/grantees (recorder datasets)?

I could only find scarce fields on this: for example, in the "Recorder" dataset there is a field called "GRANTEE4NAMESUFFIX" which is name suffix for the fourth grantee, but not the previous three grantees.

Since the data is all public I expected to find the name and address fields for owners and transaction parties. Is this a data completeness or policy issue, and what can be done about it? Can we request specific key fields?

This is particularly important for my research and is generally available in similar administrative real estate data.
