Missing CBGs in Philadelphia County (2021–2024) in Foot Traffic / Neighborhood Patterns Data

Hi there,

I am processing the Foot Traffic / Neighborhood Patterns dataset and noticed that 187 CBGs in Philadelphia County are missing from all 48 months of data from 2021 to 2024 (based on a comparison between the 2023 Census CBG boundaries and GEOIDs). I am wondering which years’ CBG GEOIDs were used during the data collection/aggregation stage, or if there might be a systematic data loss for these CBGs. Would it be possible to include these missing CBGs in the dataset? I can provide the full list of GEOIDs if needed.

I also have another question: is there a detailed methodology or manual for this dataset, particularly describing how the foot traffic data was collected?
