ATTOM Data is a leading provider of nationwide property data licensing for more than 155 million US homes. ATTOM's real estate data includes historical tax assessor and recorded transaction data at the property level. Researchers can dive into detailed financial data such as pre-forclosure information, AVM, and more. Information on neighborhoods and school boundaries is also available.
