Overview

The Assessor history dataset includes files and records from previous tax-assessed years. The data is gathered from County tax assessor’s offices and includes the following data points:

• Assessor’s parcel number
• Ownership, legal description, site address
• Property characteristics (beds, bath, sq. ft., pool, garage, etc.)
• Property tax and assessed value
• Last sale date and price

This dataset does NOT include the most recent assessment. To view the last assessment on a property, please see the Tax Assessor dataset in the related datasets section.
