Overview
Advan Research is a leader in the financial and real estate industries, enabling participants to analyze foot traffic data across multiple sectors, including retail, hospitality, consumer services, energy, technology, healthcare, REITS, financials and others. Advan Research derives its datasets using multi-parameter models that analyze a panel of cellphone location data crossed with curated geofenced areas. Foot traffic data is anonymized and aggregated to the place of interest (POI) and census block group level (CBG) levels.
