Overview
The AVM (automated valuation model) Cascade Data includes estimated total, min, and max valuations of parcels. The data is collected from ATTOM’s proprietary model and includes the following data points:
- Estimated value
- Estimated low value
- Estimated high value
- Confidence score
- Forecast standard deviation
