The AVM (automated valuation model) Cascade Data includes estimated total, min, and max valuations of parcels. The data is collected from ATTOM’s proprietary model and includes the following data points:

  • Estimated value
  • Estimated low value
  • Estimated high value
  • Confidence score
  • Forecast standard deviation
