A: Updates are posted regularly by LISTING_ID, with closed listings serving as the ground truth for all rental data. While active, listings may contain inaccurate or changing information due to human input error — closed status represents the most accurate, finalized record.

Q: How should null or irregular data fields be treated?
A: Null fields (e.g., Half-Baths) should be treated as 0. Irregular values like negative or extreme square footage are typically artifacts of human input error on active listings, and are resolved once a listing is closed.
