Having trouble believing the listings in Listing Data By REsimplifi
For example, how does a lot at 735 N Dunton Ave, Arlington Heights, IL 60004, which a google search shows publicly listed in 2021 for $1million before being taken off the market, show up in the Dewey data as a 1/24/2024 sale for $111,000,000. This does not seem believable. Another example, 9855 Woods Drive, Skokie, Illinois 60077 shows a sale online of $4.9 million 4 years ago, listed on the dewey data as a sale 12/9/2023 for $6 million. Another property, 1460 Manning Pkwy Powell OH 43065, shows on dewey data with a listing sale on 10/1/2023 for $1.5 million, but on the county auditor site its last transfer / sale was 5/31/2022 for $1.18 million , see the link https://delaware-auditor-ohio.manatron.com/ValueandTransferHistory.aspx?mpropertynumber=319-444-05-041-504&p=31944405041504

Is there a way to know the country of origin for every "PERSON_ID"? I want to classify PERSON_IDs US born workers and foreign-born workers.
Advan monthly patterns has data for only 29 days in November
Hi. I have noticed that in the Advan monthly patterns data, November has only 29 entries per POI. I know that this is due to day light savings. My question is that if the missing entry (date) corresponds to the same day when day light saving ends (i.e. first Sunday of November)?
Weekly Patterns of Advan not updated since June 2025
Hello, I am trying to download the Foot Traffic / Weekly Patterns dataset of Advan until the most recent date, which I expected to be maximum one week ago. However, when I check the metadata it says "Data max available date: 2025-06-23". Has this dataset not been updated since June? Why and when will it be updated with the remaining months?
Attom Tax Assessor codebook (for PROPERTYUSESTANDARDIZED)
I was interested in the property use and zoning data in the Attom Tax Assessor dataset but could not find a codebook for some of the variables. For instance, the "PROPERTYUSESTANDARDIZED" column consists of numeric codes, but I do not know what these codes correspond to. Do you know if such a codebook is available? Thanks!

I am wondering how the "MEDIAN_DWELL" variable is calculated in the Advan Neighborhood Patterns dataset. The variable description is somewhat vague:

Unable to filter data to download?
I am interested in the "504 Data - Legal Entity" by BrightQuery. To download, one needs to cut the data down by at least 80%. As with other datasets from Dewey, one does so by filtering the data. However, this dataset does not have any variables to filter on. Please advise.
