Hey Dewey team, We are using the ATTOM recorder dataset and the tax assessor dataset and finding we are not getting a 1 to 1 match on ATTOM ids in the Recorder dataset compared to the tax assessor dataset. From our preliminary analysis on specific zip codes the tax assessor dataset has a lot of missing properties as compared to the recorder dataset (approximately 50% missing). Our initial understanding was that every property that was recorded in the recorder dataset would have exactly one tax assessor attom id that matches. We have found this to so far, to be false. Are our initial assumptions correct? If not, how do you recommend joining the 2 datasets?
