Download data using Jupyter Notebook

I checked the provided notebook tutorial and followed the method inside to try to download the data via Jupyter Notebook. The provided code uses deweypy.auth and deweypy.downloads There are no such packages in the newest version of deweypy. I just wonder whether the data can still be downloaded via Jupyter Notebook or can only be downloaded using CLI now.

I can't get Advan Neighborhood data to even accept a data request

I'm trying to download Advan Neighborhood data plus from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2025 for all US states. I only need area, date_range_start, stop_counts, device_counts, stops_by_day, and region. But the interface doesn't even let me get to the point of requesting data via API. And I can't filter by year using the GUI. Thanks for any help.

The Verisk data module "Consumer Profiles" (as far as I can tell) does not contain any time-related variables whatsoever.
