Hitting rate limit in DuckDB queries?

Hi! I am using DuckDB to download specific filtered data from the People Labs dataset. My query seems to be hitting the rate limit (403 error), and I am not sure how to pause and restart it since the URLs are not fixed. I would appreciate any guidance in this respect. Thank you!
