Question about the "OWNER_OCCUPANCY_CODE" field in the ATTOM Assessor History Dataset

As far as I understood, People Data Lab contains three datasets: Person Data, Company Data, and Job Posting Data.

Hi! I'm unable to download the advan monthly foot traffic data. I get this error: urllib.error.HTTPError: HTTP Error 500: Internal Server Error. I have been using a custom dataset to reduce the need to download the entire dataset.
Duplicates in WageScape Title Data
I am working with WageScape's Title data, and I am noticing that there are millions of observations with identical Job Posting IDs, which the data dictionary suggests should be the unique job posting identifier. At a glance, it looks like there are 423M observations in WageScape's Job Postings With Salary database, 407M in Role Mapping, and 454 in Time Logs, yet there are 818M observations in Titles. What is the best way to handle these duplicates, and why are there so many? Are these duplicates the result of some job postings having multiple titles?
Is there a way to get lat/long for Attom Recorder data?
I'm seeing a parcel ID and a property address, but a way to look at lat + long would be great. Is there a crosswalk between parcel id and lat/long for this dataset? Thanks!
