Hello!

Hi - When I try to use "get data" when I am notified that my subscription covers a database, I am lead to create a new project name and then immediately cannot select that project name to download / link the data. It is grayed out and says data restricted to Admin.

Hello, I'm wondering how I can access and get the data. The "Get Data" button is greyed out, and I can only click "Get Sample". Thank you.

Hello! A quick note for other Visits users: preview_dewey_duck() doesn't register a placekey column, but there is one in the data. You'll get it if you call the API without a select clause or (presumably) if you include placekey in your select clause.

On your website, it says to go to Connections and Add a Connection. If that option exists, I can't find it anywhere. The only options presented to me are "Discover", "Catalog", "Connect", "Projects", "Research", "Documentation", and "Account". I've entered all these areas, but haven't found where to add a connection to retrieve my API key.

To link LinkUp companies with other widely used datasets such as Compustat or CRSP, is using the ticker symbol the best approach?

I found that I couldn't download the PDI transaction item data, so I removed it from my project. However, now I'm unable to add it back.
