Latitute, longitude, and use codes missing from Attom Assessor History.
Unless I am mistaken, the property's latitude, longitude, and use codes are completely missing from the Assessor History files. They are available if I merge on Attom_Id to the Tax Assessor files, but I'm not sure this is intentional (and it might not be convenient for all users). As a result, if it is possible to include them, it might help some users out.

Using DuckDB to download Advan Weekly Patterns
Hello, I was following the instructions of using DuckDB to download foot traffic/ weekly patterns from the Avdan Research. I was able to get the file list and define the date partition range. However, I kept getting the following error message when generating a data preview and querying relevant data for downloading:

Hi, I noticed that the dataset "Similarweb / Desktop Search Keywords"
does not have a partition column.
Would it be possible to add a partition column (e.g., DATE) so that we can
use --partition-key-after/before to download specific time ranges?

For example, how does a lot at 735 N Dunton Ave, Arlington Heights, IL 60004, which a google search shows publicly listed in 2021 for $1million before being taken off the market, show up in the Dewey data as a 1/24/2024 sale for $111,000,000. This does not seem believable. Another example, 9855 Woods Drive, Skokie, Illinois 60077 shows a sale online of $4.9 million 4 years ago, listed on the dewey data as a sale 12/9/2023 for $6 million.
