ATTOM data mortgage lender name

Hi Dewey Team,

I also wanted to ask about the mortgage lender name and the ATTOM Recorder file. I know there was a post about this previously, and the response was that ATTOM does not standardize the names of lenders.

However, I reached out to ATTOM and the rep showed me that they do have mortgage lender names. It seems that they have a few variables available that are not in the Dewey version of the data. One such variable is the mortgage lender name. Another, for instance, is an estimated property price variable. The ATTOM rep said that as far as he was aware, Dewey had access to the full data from ATTOM.

Is there a way you can help me look into this? Thank you!
