ATTOM recorder data filter fields

Dear the support team,

The ATTOM recorder data provides only two filter fields, PROPERTYADDRESSSTATE and RECORDINGDATE. When I try to filter Florida records "FL", it appears that it constitutes 7.29% of the total data. I would like to downsize the sample, but a lot of records are missing RECORDINGDATE, so when I filter by both "FL" and keep records with RECORDINGDATE before 12-31-2025, I'm left with only 4.83% of the total data. This makes it difficult to further subset the sample without loosing too many observations. Would it be possible to provide another filter field (with relatively few missing data), such as county?
