Mortage rate variable in Recorder/Tax Assessor Data

Hi all,

I am trying to find the mortgage rate in each mortgage in the data. Do you know the exact variable?

After some digging, I found that at least eight variables mentioned interest. But none of them have an exact mortgage rate in it. I am missing something.
