I was wondering whether there is a codebook or data dictionary available for the ATTOM Assessor and Recorder datasets. I tried following the instruction to "See the Catalog of Elements in the resources section of the main data partner page," but I haven't been able to locate it.

In particular, I'm looking for the definitions and possible values/codes for the following fields: TRANSFERINFOPURCHASETYPECODE, ARMSLENGTHFLAG, PROPERTYUSESTANDARDIZED, entity classification and owner type fields for grantor/grantee.

If there is a Catalog of Elements or another reference document that describes these fields, could you point me to it? Thanks in advance!
