Unable to download NatureQuant Urban Heat Index via Bulk API: 403 Not Permitted

Dear Dewey Support Team,

I am trying to access and download the NatureQuant Urban Heat Index dataset through my institutional Dewey account.

I can add the dataset to a Project in the Dewey web interface, but the Bulk API / deweypy download command fails at the metadata stage with a 403 permission error. Whether there is an additional approval, data provider requirement, or permission step needed after adding the dataset to a Project.
