Hi Dewey team,

I wanted to confirm one detail about the Dwellsy IQ data. Since the data are pulled directly from property management systems, do the records include lease renewals as well as new leases/listings?
More specifically, I would like to understand whether the rent updates observed in the data reflect only asking rents for newly available units, or whether they may also include rents set during lease renewals for existing tenants.
