Hi, I am am a downloader on a project and I am trying to access our primary dataset but I get the following error when attempting to access via the API:

{'detail': "You do not have permission to download this dataset through this Project. If you see this error message, you might have permission through a different project, but you do not have permission to download through the project you're attempting to access/download through right now."}

When I go on the Dewey site and attempt to download there via the project, I get to the part where I can check the box indicating which project the download is for and the checkbox is grayed out and I am unable to click it. It shows the green "downloader" flair next to the box but also says in parentheses "you do not have permission", even though I am indeed a downloader and the dataset is indeed saved to our project. We recently renewed our subscription to Dewey so I'm wondering if something got messed up with the permissions. Can someone help resolve this issue?
