veraset placekey cannot be matched to safegraph placekey

Hi,

I'm downloading the veraset data in NYC in March~June 2025 and trying to match the placekeys with safegraph but found only 82.5% of veraset placekeys can be successfully matched. Where can one find the full set of safegraph placekeys?
