Access to data

Hi, I'm a student researcher at UC Berkeley. My institution has a Dewey subscription, but the "Get Data" button for Advan Monthly Patterns of Foot Traffic / Monthly Patterns is grayed out. Could you let me know if this dataset is included in our institutional subscription, or if there's a way to access it for academic research purposes?
