Unable to Download Residential Subdivision XREF Dataset Due to Filter Limitations

I'm trying to download the Residential Subdivision XREF in ATTOM dataset, but I've run into an issue. The platform states that researchers can download up to 50% of the dataset per day by creating a customized product and applying filters to reduce the row count below that threshold.

However, for this dataset, the only available filter is GEOTYPE, and all observations are already classified as "Residential Subdivision." As a result, there doesn't seem to be any way to further filter the data to meet the 50% requirement, which makes it impossible to proceed with the download.

Could you please advise on how to access this dataset under these constraints? Is there a way to enable additional filters or download the data in segments?
