Dwellsy TotalIQ timezone & duplicate records

I have two questions about the Dwellsy TotalIQ listing data and would appreciate your clarification.

First, are the timestamps in the dataset recorded in the local time of the property, or are they stored in a single standardized timezone?

Second, in your documentation you describe both duplicate handling and listing reconciliation. My understanding is that duplicate records may arise when the same unit appears multiple times because of multiple data sources, refresh cycles, or distribution paths, and that nearly identical observations for the same unit may be reconciled. Could you clarify how short the time window needs to be for repeated appearances of the same listing to be merged, removed, or reconciled? For example, is there a specific rule or threshold based on the time gap between observations?

Thank you very much for your help.
