Advan Monthly Data: Does the 2025-04 dataset look strange to anyone else?

Hi all,

When I'm loading up the advan monthly data, the data for the month 2025-04 looks very strange. The DATE_RANGE_END is "1970-01-01 00:00:01"; GEOMETRY_TYPE has POLYGON as well as Lat and Lon; MEDIAN_DWELL, NORMALIZED_VISITS_BY_TOTAL_VISITORS, RAW_VISITOR_COUNTS, and WKT_AREA_SQ_METERS are missing, ENCLOSED is not a TRUE/FALSE variable (rather looks like phone numbers), and INCLUDES_PARKING_LOT is the "US" (which I'm assuming is country).

Is anyone else encountering this?
