Not All Data Downloaded

I am trying to download the LinkUp Data and am on Job Records. I used the bulk API method to download the files, but it seems like some files don't have data. I tried this process two times, and each time, different files have no data. The first time around, these ones didn't.

job-records_5_7_3.snappy.parquet
job-records_6_0_0.snappy.parquet
job-records_6_3_0.snappy.parquet
job-records_6_4_1.snappy.parquet
job-records_7_4_0.snappy.parquet

These all have 4.5 KB.

Is there a way to specify the files I want to re-download using the API method? Thank you.
