[Dewey API 403 Forbidden] People Data Lab NAICS

I'm facing a 403 Forbidden error when trying to access People Data Lab, specifically the NAICS dataset, using the Dewey API. Could you solve this problem?

Also, I have been getting 401 Unauthorized errors even when my unused API keys are just a few minutes old after being issued. Is it normal?
