Safegraph Spends- Placekey Change

In our project for a set of retailers- 2023 has double the PLACEKEYs (8,576 vs ~4,300). This is the May 2023 PLACEKEY refresh — SafeGraph reassigned PLACEKEYs, so the same ~4,300 stores appear under old PLACEKEYs (Jan–Apr) and new PLACEKEYs (May–Dec), inflating the unique count. 2021/ 2022 also have ~4300 stores. i.e, old placekeys till 2023 May and new placekeys since 2023 May. Would you have the mapping between old and new plackeys?
