Regarding InfutorData's Consumer Profiles dataset, am I correct in believing that these data are static? I don't see any time associated with the entries to be able to determine when the variables were measured.

For context, my research requires being able to determine how households choose where to live. It seems that I cannot use this data to determine movement of households over time. Is that right?
