Data Definitions for Verisk Property Data

Is there a way to get a downloadable data dictionary for the columns of the Verisk Total Consumer Inisghts Property Data dataset? I see the dictionary via link below but wondering if there is a way to get a downloadable version?

I am also looking for definitions of codes within specific columns. Is an exhaustive list available?

The most important one I need is PROP_IND. The column definition states: "A general code used to easily recognize specific property types (e.g, Residential, Condominium, Commercial). Please see "PROP_IND" table..." Where is the PROP_IND table? I'm trying to specifically filter to Residential properties (inclusive of condominium and other "residential" values).
