Cannot filter data

Hi, I'm accessing LinkUp data through my university premium access. I'm a faculty at Cornell and I logged in as a faculty. After several times of custimization, the platform won't allow me to filter the data. It shows that "Free customization preview limit reached. Subscribe to Dewey to customize, save, and download datasets." I thought I already subscribed to Dewey. What's going on?
