Social Sentiment Metrics for Equities - Twitter
6 hours ago by Leo Liu
Hello,
I'm currently using Context Analytics's social sentiment module for a project. I have the following questions about terminology and metrics in the data labels:
- What constitutes a credible account for RAW_S or a certified CA account in S_VOLUME?
- My understanding of exponentially time-weighted summation for S is that more recent posts are weighed more heavily in this summation. Is my understanding accurate?
- In S_SCORE, what does “CA’s S-Score” mean? Is it an S score calculated from tweets from a known credit analyst? In this case, would S_SCORE this be included in S or RAW_S, given that it would be a subset of Twitter's entire sentiment for the day?
Please let me know if I shall reach out to Context Analytics directly for these inquiries in case these details are unknown.
Thank you!
