Hello,

After reviewing the current docs, I cannot tell whether Advan still applies differential privacy in monthly patterns. If so, do they still add Laplace noise, remove tracts with less than 2 visits and truncate 2-4 visits at 4? I noticed the description in the neighborhoods+ dataset has changed.
