Two related questions...

1. I downloaded Attom's neighborhood files, which link Attom_Id to neighborhood codes. When I decompress (i.e., "unzip") the file, the files are nicely ordered, but there is one missing: neighborhood-xref_4_2_0.csv. I just wanted to confirm this is intentional, since I have never seen Attom/Dewey skip a file like this in the past.
2. I downloaded a 2023 cross-section of Attom's Assessor History file and merged to the neighborhood file using Attom_Id. For speed and simplicity, I restricted attention to properties in Chicago, IL. I found that ~337,000 merged but ~75,000 properties did not. Is Attom's neighborhood file intended to be comprehensive? If not, you might just include a quick note on the relevant Dewey webpage.
