Unekpected decay in footfall for Los Angeles 2023 (Advan Weekly Patterns)

Hello,

I have noticed that around November 2022 and then even more pronounced in June 2023, there is a very steep decline in footfall for the city of Los Angeles that is not observed for other cities (I checked Baltimore, Chicago, and Philadelphia). Do you know what could be the cause of this? Is there an error in the dataset?
